a bed for Hal

This post will be short & sweet.  One of my dearest friends asked me to paint a daybed for her 3rd child.  We chose Annie Sloan's Paris Gray, since she didn't know yet whether they would be blessed with a boy or a girl.  It turned out gorgeous!

During:
(this was one of the many projects that I completed in my kitchen this summer)

And after:

Isn't it beautiful?!

Have a great day!

  1. LOVE it! i painted a full bed a few months ago in paris gray and i fell in love with it, but we were in our old house and had no need for a full bed. i am kicking myself now because emmy needs a full bed in the new house (so we have more guest room if we need it!) and that bed would have been PERFECT.

  4. Kathie- Love it- Love the gray. Is AS paint completely non-toxic? I never even thought about that until I saw it used on a child's bed....wonderful! xo Diana
