brass rails

This little gem was at the Goodwill, labeled "tv stand".  I left it behind the first time I saw it, but when it was still there a couple of days later, I took it home.

Before…

The brass rails are lovely.  They obviously were the first things to go.  I've been using them as paint stirrers :)

I patched the holes, then got it ready for a major paint~sprayer project with some other pieces.

I stripped & re-stained the top, painted the bottom & added a rope knob.

Thanks for coming by!
